摘要

Digital holographic Interferometry is a contactless, fast and precise technique which can be utilized for study of dynamic processes. In the present work temperature profile of kerosene lamp flame has been measured using digital holographic interferometry without unwrapping of phase which substantially reduces effort and time of computation. The measured temperature through this technique is found to be in good agreement with the temperature value achieved through thermocouple.
