Product life especially the high consumer products like mobile phones and automobile is considerably reduced. The lot of use-and-through kind products attracts the customers more. In the recent days, the re-sale value of utilities including automobiles is equivalent to scrap value. On other hand boosting up the driving power with low cost is highly preferred in the automobile industries. One of such key components is turbocharger which boosts up the power as well as helps in pollution reduction by complete combustion, engine size reduction, fuel consumption etc. The Compressor impeller is focuses in this research. The material validation is main aim of this piece of research. The materials like copper, gray cast iron and alloy steel were considered for investigation. The SOLIDWORKS preferred for this study. The impeller is designed and modeled. The finite element analysis is employed to deploy the material behaviors in the computer aided investigation.
