In order to study and analyse the strain range of polyurethane rubber material under external load and prepare for the study of vertical stiffness and bearing capacity of the support, a test scheme is designed to use universal testing machine and vic-3d non-contact full field strain gauge to work together according to the characteristics of polyurethane rubber material. The results show that the compression law of EXX strain field is obvious, and its tensile range gradually changes from edge to center with the increase of load, and it is stable in the center; While Eyy strain field has no significant pattern of changes.
