The article provides an analysis of possibilities and prospects for educational organizations in the implementation of the Strategy for Education Development in the Russian Federation for the period until 2025, the Strategy for Education Development in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra until 2020, the Concept of State Family Policy in the Russian Federation for the period until 2025 and other federal documents. The authors define various approaches to interaction between educational organizations and learners' families, as a condition for spiritual and moral education of the rising generation. The article presents ideas about spiritual and moral development of learners, their parents and teachers themselves on the basis of foundational national values and traditions of the Russian culture.
