Research of a New Model to Optimize Resource Allocation

摘要

In construction project, it is important for managers to optimize resource allocation. It leads to get the optimum time and control cost. In this paper, we get a new approach to optimize resource allocation through analyze the time-cost curve and PERT technique. It is easy to use this method even if the information is limited.
