High Efficiency Production of CSP in Zhujiang Steel

With both lines running in Zhujiang Steel, CSP is being the bottleneck of the production after EAF updating. To solve this problem, the high efficiency of continuous casting and the 1st caster's modification are put forward. This article introduces the practice on high efficiency of CSP in Zhujiang Steel, such as the casting speed, operating rate, sequence casting rate, low longitudinal crack rate and the development of flux of container steel and the LCR's modification, and the high adaptability and compatibility of CSP caster, etc.
