Consideration on How to Foster Independent Intellectual Property Rights

摘要

The paper introduces the concept of independent intellectual property right and independent innovation, analyzes Chinese motor industry lacks for independent innovation ability based on the comparison between the developments of Japanese, Korean and Chinese motor industry. The paper also points out that developing national-brand motor is the prerequisite for the cultivation of independent property rights.
