Comprehensive Assessment Models for Regional Water Resources Coordination with Society-Economy and Environment

摘要

Based on sustainable water resources and complex system theory. A system which composed by water resources, society and economy, environment is defined as a water resources complex system (WRCS). With the Bossel's orientor indicators framework of sustainable development, the indicators system of WRCS is established and its comprehensive assessment values are calculated. Also, the authors use synchronization development equation to construct the coordination model of WRCS, which measure the spatial distance between comprehensive assessment value and desiring assessment value and the coordination extent of WRCS. In order to measure the coordination extent at high and low level of WRCS, the relative value of development value of society-economy and environment subsystem are used to rectify the coordination model, which is the ratio of development value to desiring development value of society-economy and environment subsystem. Finally, the models are applied to the assessment of water resources utilization in Guan Zhong, Shaan Bei and Shann Nan region of Shaanxi Province. From 1986 to 2000 year's assessment results, the model is reasonable and practical.
