Aiming for the status of the current education technology and problems we are facing, based on the latest outcome of modern information technology, in this paper, the intelligent management system of the university modern education has been analyzed and researched on aspect of its function, its structure, its character of the system and steps of constructing. Furthermore, some feasible intelligent management systems of modern education facilities are proposed, and these systems will be useful to the education environmental construction of other universities.
