摘要

Zinc sulfide has been treated by an electron beam, in a nitrogen plasma and by an explosion in a copper ampoule. Using the treated and untreated ZnS were synthesized ZnS:Cu,Cl phosphors with different concentrations of copper. It was established that the modification of ZnS increases the brightness of the synthesized phosphors, shift its luminescence spectrum and an increase in the optimal concentration of copper.
