AN ACTION RESEARCH FRAMEWORK OF ENTERPRISE KM IMPLEMENTATION

摘要

Basing on the extant research of KM theory and practice, this paper analyses the problems of implementing KM in enterprises. Through inducting action research paradigm and (interests-coordination) soft systems methodology, the paper conceives a two-stage dual-cycle action research framework of enterprise KM models and process. It also concretely describes the framework, accordingly provides action guide for enterprises to build KM systems nowadays.
