An Electrophoretic Comparison of Whole Body Protein among Five Species of Trematodes

摘要

This paper reproted that the protein components of Fasciola hepatica, Dicro-coelium lanceatum, Diplodiscus subclavatus, Pleurogenoides japonicas and Genolopa sparui were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that te numbers of protein bands were 22,9, 3,10 and 13, respectively; the numbers of the major bands were 5,42,3 and 4, respectively; the molecular weights of the major bands were from 10KD to 56 KD.
