摘要

A simple model problem is formulated to describe the coupling of the dynamics between a premixed-flame and nonuniform flow resulting from gas expansion within the flame. The energy conservation equation is integrated analytically across the flame in order to reduce the number of governing equations for the computational problem. A well-posed system of six equations and associated boundary conditions are formulated for computation of the time evolution of an initially prescribed three-dimensional velocity field and the flame surface.
