摘要

The present study aims to investigate the effect of organizational socialization on members' voice behavior with mediating role of organizational identification and moderating role of traditionality. A field survey approach was used by selecting 310 group members from Nanjing, Shanghai and Anhui. The result confirm that organizational socialization is positively related to voice behavior, and organizational identification mediates this relationship and traditionality moderates negatively the relationship between organizational identification and voice behavior.
