Oscillation of Unstable Second Order Neutral Differential Equations with Positive and Negative Coefficients

This paper discusses a class of unstablesecond order neutral differential equations with positiveand negative coefficients. Sufficient conditions for all bounded solutions of the equations to be oscillatory areobtained.
