Morita theory, revisited

摘要

In 1958, K. Morita characterized in his long paper the left Artinian endomorphism ring of a faithful module over a quasi-Frobenius ring. In this article we survey his theory for finite dimensional algebras over a field and introduce from our paper "Morita algebras" some new characterizations of the endomorphism ring theorem by Morita.
