Implementation of Supervision Management, Effective Supervision Techniques to Improve the Effectiveness of Cooperative Supervision

The Cooperative Supervisory Agency is tasked with carrying out inspections of the Cooperative's life system including the organization and implementation of management policies. Thus the Supervisory Board (Internal Supervisor) is expected to be able to anticipate problems as early as possible, and gradually restore the operations of unhealthy Cooperatives, and motivate the Cooperative to make empowerment breakthroughs in the future. The reality is that many Cooperatives are dissolved because the Annual Member Meeting (AMM) is not held to account for the management of the Cooperative. Supervisors are questioned about functions, professional expertise, work experience, and independence and management and supervision techniques. In this regard, research on the implementation of supervisory management criteria and effective supervision techniques was carried out to increase the effectiveness of Cooperative supervision. Research problem formulation: Are supervision management criteria and effective supervision techniques implemented to increase the effectiveness of Cooperative supervision? Research objective: to identify the implementation of supervisory management criteria and effective supervision techniques to increase the effectiveness of Cooperative supervision. Research methods, data collection techniques used are: interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed descriptively to find the level of supervision. The results of the study are the effectiveness of Cooperative supervision carried out by applying supervision techniques is quite effective, and implementing supervision management is effective, and the TMP Rate is effective. These results are far from expectations, which are very effective so that in the future implementation of supervisory management criteria and effective supervision techniques will be implemented to increase the effectiveness of Cooperative supervision.
