Factors affecting anti-CRP scFv production using E.coli by DOstat fed-batch culture

Previously,we reported that DO-stat fed-batch culture was effective in enhancing the solubility and productivity of anti-CRP scFv using recombinant Escherichia coli(1,2).In this study,main environmental factors including DO and composition of feeding medium were investigated to improve the yield and stabilization of anti-CRP scFv production.
