This study was conducted to find out the effect of the microbial quality of broilers produced and marketed in Al-Muthanna Governorate, as samples of the carcasses were taken from three marketing site of the broilers from 4/1/2018 to 13/1/2018, Three stores included in Samawah, As for marketing channels, they included the markets and shops of the city of Samawah, bacteriological examinations of frozen meat carcasses were carried out by estimating the number of aerobic bacteria, coliform bacteria, staph bacteria and fungi, The results indicate that the microbial contamination represented by the numbers of aerobic bacteria, coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus and fungi increased significantly in broiler carcasses produced compared to the market.
