Carrier mobility is one of the predominant factors that affects the performance of Organic Photovoltaic Cells(OPVs). This paper investigates the transport properties of positive charge carriers in a device which consists of ITO/Mo03/P3HT:PCBM/Al. The hole mobility is calculated using Impedance Spectroscopy(IS) method. The mobility obtained 1.131x10~(-4)cm~2V~(-1)S~(-1) is in good agreement with that of the mobility computed with the Space Charge Limited Current (SCLC) method. The importance of impedance analysis is also investigated.
