This paper provides a weigh-in-motion device based on multi-cantilever beam structure. The device uses a piezoelectric cantilever beam to realize self-energy supply, which provides continuous energy supply for the wireless transmission module and reduces the high cost of laying functional routes for the weigh-in-motion equipment. The multi-cantilever beam structure consists of three cantilever beams with T shape distribution. The experimental results show that this structure can greatly improve the bandwidth. In addition, a mechanical induction structure is added, which is mainly used to introduce mechanical impact force to make the cantilever beam vibrate for a longer time. Finally, the structure parameters of the cantilever beam and mass block are obtained through finite element analysis, so that the resonant effect is the best and the output voltage is maximized.
