摘要

Resonant-type smooth impact drive mechanism (RSIDM) extends the operating frequency of piezoelectric impact motors from the quasi-static domain to the resonant state, which realizes the continuous movement with high speed and output power. However, the critical issue is to match the resonant frequencies of adopted vibration modes with required ratio. This paper presents an improved structure design of RSIDM with stiffness adjustment ability and the corresponding frequency matching method. The RSIDM includes three blocks connected with two flexible mechanisms integrated with piezoelectric stacks. Synthesis of the vibration modes and frequency match of the resonant frequency are analyzed. A prototype is assembled and tested to validate the effectiveness of the proposed RSIDM.
