The device has an accelerometer (3), an equipment (4) for analyzing frequencies of accelerometer, which are collected and if necessary rectified signal. A signal generator (6) for controlling driving motor of steering element over the current is provided. The compensation signal in form of a motor current modulated component brings the effect at the driving motor (2) of the steering element. There is equipment for the production of a compensation signal from the signal of the frequency analysis mechanism for the reduction of the noise emissions of the steering element. An independent claim is also included for the method for active impact of noise emissions of steering gear with drive engine.
