摘要

This paper proposes a novel design of variable transconductance voltage differencing current conveyor (VT-VDCC). The proposed design provides for increased tunability range of the transconductance of the VT - VDCC resulting in wide tuning range with low power dissipation. The performance of the proposed VT - VDCC has been verified by designing a current-mode universal filter. Workability of the designed circuit has been established with PSPICE simulations using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process parameters.
