The amplifier is provided by a difference voltage amplifier (E1,E2) with a selected voltage amplification. The circuit output is provided by an end stage transistor (Ts2,Ts4) configuration which is directly or indirectly controlled by the signal at the output of the difference voltage amplifier. The reference point for the output voltage of the difference voltage amplifier is provided by the residual current of the end stage transistor. The operational transconductance amplifier has positive and negative signal paths, each having an input element (E1,E2) and a load element (L1,L2) acting as a current source controlled by the difference voltage. The end stage transistors (Ts2,Ts4) act as part of a current reflector for each signal path.
