摘要

In the report, we present and discuss the experimental data for manganite-based tunnel nanometer-scale contacts proving an activation nature of a hysteretic behavior of their current-voltage characteristics. Interpretation of the experimental results is based on specificity of oxide barriers formed on the surface of manganites and a mechanism of giant acceleration of oxygen ions diffusion in the near-surface layer.
