摘要

In this paper, a statistical study is carried out to establish the detectability of detergent and shampoo adulterated milk detection system which is basically built using phase angle measurement technique. Based on the experimental data, different statistical analysis is designed using Minitab software. A polymer coated fractional order capacitance sensor is used here for data collection purpose. This sensor gives different phase angle when immersed in different types of pure and adulterated milk. These phase angles are detected and converted to voltage for measurement. Polymer coating thickness, time of testing and temperature are varied for appropriate choice of sensor and proper working of the device. Statistical analysis methods like ANOVA and Factorial design method are applied on experimental data to take the quantitative decision regarding the adulteration detection process.
