Hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) have been attracted much attentionbecause of their extensive applications such as catalysis.However,HOFs,composed of crownethers whose orientation is well-controlled are hitherto unknown,although such a HOF isexpected to show high anisotropic ion conductivity.
