Improving the efficiency of physical training in the conditions of free choice of sport by students of economic specialties

The new educational standard with the development and implementation elective disciplines of physical culture and sports in the educational process is created to change the attitude of students to the previously established system of physical culture. Students of higher education institutions have the opportunity to exercise free choice of sport, such recreational activities that meet its interests and needs. We conducted a study to assess the effectiveness of training in these disciplines.
