Organisations are increasing their proactive efforts to manage diversity to enhance inclusiveness of underrepresented individuals. Organisations have understood the importance of having a diverse workforce within their walls and most of them have begun to introduce policies for the same in their HR function. The organisation in the current world focuses on the Diversity Management Practices and its benefits. Due to globalization organisations are moving towards high involvement work systems which reflects inclusiveness and diversity. The awareness of diversity management practices, attitude towards diversity management practiced and the perception of the discrimination among employees are the variables that are considered. The attitude towards the Diversity Management Practices as well as the Structural and Demographic Characteristics of the employees are also taken into consideration. The model would be tested using a pan - India survey and the data would be obtained from the employees.
