Principles of Optimality in Problems of Large-Scale Systems Management

摘要

An approach is proposed to determine the principle of optimality in decision-making under incomplete information. It concludes in the introduction of efficiency and risk estimations, followed by their convolution or another selection procedure in the two-criteria problem. Examples of application of this approach to the tasks of project management are given.
