摘要

Aerosol deposition has been widely used for ceramic films fabrication and in this work, novel optical properties controlled nanocomposites films were fabricated by aerosol deposition method. Well-dispersed nanocomposites used during aerosol film deposition would enable the control of optical filtering effect of the deposited film. This work will provide a pathway towards formation of desired optical films for optical related applications.
