Cisplatin is a well-known chemotherapeutic drug against various types of cancers, crosslinking the purine bases on the DNA to interfere DNA repair mechanisms, and subsequently inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. However, it has serious side effects due to no selectivity between cancerous and normal cells. It is known that cancer cells have a specific environment such as low pH, low O2, high H2O2, low nutrition, and so on. In this study, we focused on the low pH of the cancer cell.
