Geometrical Structures of Rhodium Oxide Cations Studied by Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometry

Rhodium is an excellent catalyst used in an automobile catalytic converter. Structures and reactivity of rhodium oxide clusters have been studied to understand the molecular level mechanisms of NO reduction by rhodium catalyst. In this study, geometrical structures of rhodium oxide cluster cations, Rh O + , were investigated by ion mobility mass spectrometry.
