π-Conjugated polymers are intriguing materials applicable to organic solar cells (OSCs), organic light emission diodes (OLEDs), organic field effect transistors (OFETs), chemosensors, and so on. We have already reported the synthesis and reactions of titanacyclopentadienecontaining polymers, which were obtained by the reaction of aromatic diynes and a low-valent titanium complex. Based on the reactivity of the carbon-titanium bonds, π-conjugated polymers having versatile heteroatoms can be obtained by their post-element-transformations.1)
