Analysis of China Shipbuilding Policies:Examining in the case of White List

Chinese Government has adopted various policies to promote China Shipbuilding Industry. However there lacked the quantitative evidence for the effects of each policy and the direct link between policy and its contribution to development could not be found. Furthermore, some policies even caused the problems. The white list is objective, has certain weaknesses in the beginning, and its effectiveness is disputable and debatable.
