Facing high global competition, hi-tech industries use positivity to recruit talent with great innovativeness and creativity to improve industrial competitive capabilities. To satisfy the hi-tech industrial demand for talent, colleges are increasingly implementing the concept of career coaching to establish training programs. Although related literature has indicated that the practice of career coaching has a positive effect on training performance in the areas of innovativeness and creativity, more colleges still meet challenges in the implementation process. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to explore the affecting factors of career coaching implementation on training programs in innovativeness and creativity.
