摘要

Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Mh) infection results in a significant economic impact on pig production due to its effect on porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC) in growing pigs as primary pathogen and/or by potentiating infection caused by other pathogens including porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), porcine circovirus type 2, or Influenza A virus (IAV).2 A recent study under field conditions showed that Mh increased pig production cost by $ 1.00 in uncomplicated infections and by $ 10.00 per pig in pig flows co-infected with PRRSV or IAV.
