The VIVR services have been introduced to improve IVR service disadvantages. In order to implement VIVR, various methods of converging voice and data have been proposed. In this study, we propose a method to provide VIVR without modification of existing IVR. For this purpose, IVR voice guidance menu should be converted into text guide menu and stored in database. If you put commercial ads in this database, one can send out advertising messages. The proposed system can be easily applied to simple IVR application and auto-attendant.
