This work presents the results of the laboratory tests of new physicochemical technologies for enhanced oil recovery of heavy crude oil under natural conditions of development using oil-displacing 'smart' systems. The systems are based on surfactants and buffer systems. Their rheological and acid-base properties can be regulated by their chemical evolution directly in the formation. The results of studying the oil-displacing ability of new physicochemical technologies are presented.
