In order to investigate the immunological adjustment effect of Termitomyces albuminosus polysaccharide (TAP) injection on clinical practice, this experiment takes the Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) injection as a positive control. We observe the relationship between the TAP injection amount and the porcine foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) oil emulsion inactivated vaccine as well as the Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine. We aim to select the optimal clinical amount to establish the theoretical foundation for applying the TAP injection in industry production as an immunological agent.
