摘要

The accurate localization in the low sampling rate (less than 10 kHz) is still a challenging problem for the small portable system, especially for the multitasking micro-embedded system. This paper established a set of the simple and small portable passive acoustic localization systems with a five-element cross-microphone array. This system hardware mainly included a five-element cross-microphone array, signal preprocessing circuit, and microcontroller unit. Meanwhile, based on the up-sampling method, we proposed a modified generalized cross-correlation method for the time delay of arrival estimation. The experimental results show that the established small portable system can perform the accurate 3-D near-field localization in the low sampling rate, based on the proposed method.
