Low-carbon residential pricing research and empirical analysis based on Hedonic price model

摘要

Hedonic price model is a popular valid method to assess the impact of residential prices. This paper makes use of Hedonic model to evaluate the low-carbon residences pricing system, and finally get the price system of Rizhao Laocheng District where a low-carbon concept court is located. The low-carbon housing Hedonic pricing model can provide consumers with references and can also help the real estate developer estimate the construction cost in advance.
