With the development of industrialization, the chemical industry cluster has become a trend. So, the chemical industry park is emerging in large quantities. In order to ensure the daily safety production of the chemical park, prevent and control the potentially serious accidents, and reduce the losses and its impact, the chemical park need to carry out overall safety risk assessment. On the basis of the judgment matrix established by the scale-extending method, the comprehensive three indicators including object factors, environmental factors, and management factors are selected and the chemical park risk assessment model is established. Finally, the model is applied in an economic development zone of Jiangsu and get, the level of safety situation status.
