Benefit comparison of three raising modes of laying hens

The objective of this study was to compare the benefit of three raising modes of laying hens. Three raising modes such as full ladder layer caged, cascading caged and greenhouse layer caged of Huafeng laying hens were carried out in XingHua City, Jiangsu Province. Results showed that the marketable fattened stock of cascading caged was 2.24 times as full ladder layer caged and 3.08 times as greenhouse layer caged. Total profit of cascading caged was 3.07 times as full ladder layer caged and 7.26 times as greenhouse layer caged. Therefore, total profit of cascading caged was the highest in three raising modes of laying hens.
