Financial service innovation of 3PL--logistics finance

In recent years, logistics finance developing rapidly in China as an innovation business of logistics service, has become an important area to expand space for development and enhance competitiveness for the third Party Logistics (3PL) enterprises and financial institutions. This paper expounded the connotation, significance and background of logistics finance, conducted an analysis of several main business modes of logistics finance with flow charts and put forward some prevention measures to the risks that may exist in logistics financial services for 3PL enterprises, financing enterprises and financial institutions. The aim of this paper is that logistics finance business can be promoted and it will be helpful for participants to operate the business successfully.
