The study of evolution design for Chinese traditional medicine granulators by simplified evolution pattern

Granulating structure is a core of granulator system for Chinese traditional medicine granulator and need innovation. Granulator structure concepts are designed by the application evolution line of the TRIZ theory. The new structures have technical conflict, and conflict is described by standard engineering parameter, then invention principle can be found to solve conflict. According to structure convolution, rub-spheronization structure is formed. According to time convolution and invention principle number, divided structure of auto-granulator is formed by division principle, rack rubbing structure and internal gear rolling structure are formed by reverse principle.
