Review and summarize China's basic situation of sports management reform research. The results showed that Chinese sports management reform are internal and external interactions results. The ultimate goal of Chinese Sport Management System is built in line with China's actual conditions, benign running sports management system and operation mode. Currently Chinese Sport Management System presents distinctive transitional characteristics. Chinese sports system reform has achieved some results, but there are certain problems and shortcomings.
