摘要

Bi2Te3-based thermoelectric materials have been widely used in various electronic coolingdevices, but the applications in power generation are still not realized due to unsatisfied heat-electricityconversion efficiency. In the present work, from the viewpoints of mass production, grain refinement andpreferred orientation, a rapid solidification (RS) and hot-extrusion technique was proposed to fabricateBi-Te-Sb bulk materials, so as to realize the mass production and performance improvement simultaneously.
