Research on evaluation of military railway transport effectiveness based on cloud-AHP model

In view of the complexity of military railway transport, cloud model and cloud-AHP model are put forward to military railway transport effectiveness evaluation model. First analyzes the military railway transport effectiveness evaluation concept, purpose and meaning, main steps, and then based on cloud-AHP model military railway transportation effectiveness evaluation of the algorithm in detail, finally validated by an example. Verification results show that this method is the subjective qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation model, better solve the fuzziness and the randomness of the assessment, military railway transportation effectiveness evaluation provides a set of effective methods.
